AI kills itself with Bitterblossom

Describe the bug AI casts Bitterblossom with a few amount of lifes.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. AI has a few amount of lifes
  2. AI casts Bitterblossom
  3. AI is dead

Expected behavior AI shouldn't cast Bitterblossom with a few amount of lifes.

Additional context Similar with #4038

Desktop OS: Windows 10 Java Version: 1.8.0_202-b08 Forge Version: 1.6.59-SNAPSHOT-12.04

@Agetian i think the check for bad etb should take upkeep trigger into consideration
