This card should be reworked to use only single replacement + static ability that grabs the correct player from ExiledBy.
Uba Mask is done a bit better but the MayPlay is still using Effect so "lose all abilities" wouldn't stop it.

With no-player specific RE an additional param will be needed to set the correct "Exiler". Since the abilities are linked it doesn't matter there.
But for others more scripts would need adjustment since Activator isn't always exiling them. It's a corner case for now, but worth nothing that only Evelyn actually matches the field correctly because it says "exiled by an ability you controlled".
