But I need to think about how, maybe it should be split into another static that can be used to reduce it earlier (before raises)? 🤔
I think we might do it with a flag like ReduceCost | BasicOnly$ True or something?
I thought I could just handle them first and get the maximum that can be reduced from the additional or alternative KW cost part.
But of course they also had to print one that makes it interact with Raise too:
Catalyst Stone Flashback costs you pay cost {2} less. Flashback costs your opponents pay cost {2} more.
There is also Warbringer with Dash costs you pay cost {2} less
I need to check if I can find some source that would explain if this distinction also matters for Unblinking Observer:
