Command Zone clogged

i still don't like Boons and they are A way to complicated code, and B does pollute the Command Zone with their stuff

Ideas:

• add new preference to hide Boons from the Command Zone
• create a new zone for Boons (and probably effects, too)
• implement a way to auto sort the Command Zone - keeping the stuff that "belongs" there (commanders, emblems) prominent
