Reminder system

Will work more or less the same as R. Danny's but will have more verification.

• [ ] Specify time until or time of reminder (i.e. 2d5h or 17/05)
• [ ] Limit the amount of time you can set reminders for (i.e. no reminders beyond, say, 3 months)
• [ ] List all reminders
• [ ] Remove/cancel reminders
• [ ] Set reminders for others*

*This will need further discussion.
