Support case analytics
On top of fixing other problems, the planned solution allowed for basic support case analytics to be tracked, such as who opened the case, when it was closed, and who was involved.
Update: This now includes full analytical data. All messages are logged (though their content is NOT stored). The sender, time sent and message ID are stored though, and can be used to pull more detailed analytics about a specific case.
