Increase QA checks and add tests

Increase the level of quality assurance, and add tests for certain things.

• [ ] Add bandit to check for security vulnerabilities
• [ ] Check over flake8 for additional usable codes
  • [ ] Perhaps use flake8-naming
  • [ ] Perhaps use flake8-bugbear
• [ ] Add tests for the database model using pytest
