[Feature Request] Fade Unavailable Actions - Seperate "Apply Only to Sync'd Actions" options for fade and redden

I love the "Fade Unavailable Actions" setting, but I would like to have my fade only apply to sync'd actions, while keeping the redden effect on all the time. Currently the "Apply Only to Sync'd Actions" option works on both. I was wondering if we could separate this into two different options so that this would be possible:

Apply Fade Only to Sync'd Actions Apply Redden Only to Sync'd Actions
