New tweak for always on weapon effects

Theres a method in game using a macro which is listed below to allow weapon effects while idle visible by all as can be seen in the following screenshot here, I'm wondering if this could be implemented as a tweak so it can persist across maps etc. /displayarms /displayarms /bm /sit /automove /automove
