[Suggestion] Prevent Chat From Keeping Cursor Active After Sending a Message

Every so often, the chat box keeps the cursor going after a message is sent. Sometimes I shoot a quick message in FC chat or wherever and the chat keeps the cursor going now and again. It's totally random and very annoying. It never happens when I want it and seemingly always when it's unwanted, like in combat or some other awkward situation.

That leads to a bunch of wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww --- That I have to send in FC just to get rid of it instead of painstakingly backspacing (not happening in combat!!! XD)

Chatting foobs are really annoying. Like you're chatting calmly with a friend, sitting in a high place and suddenly you charge ahead because your first word happened to start with 'W'. Ouch. But this particular complaint is only a bit tangentially related to this request. XD

[BIGGER SUGGESTION] While in combat, cursor NEVER is kept going by the chatbox. While out of combat, it always does. This would make casual conversations way better and would avoid annoying mishaps in combat.
