[Suggestion] Huge QoL Tweak In Combat! - Disable the ESC Menu During Combat

I use the ESC button to void targets (except for in pvp where I have a dedicated button to do that, but can't spare any keybinds during PvE.

Basically, making ESC's menu not come up while in combat would allow the use of ESC to void the current target without that annoying menu coming up every so often. Sure, I could click the screen to void targets, but I prefer not to use that method, since if the screen is filled with targets, players, enemies, etc... I end up selecting something else. That's usually pretty disruptive.

Another example where this would be useful is when spamming the place command in combat, then pressing escape at the end. Since depending on how many clicks actually registered (won't work while pet isn't summoned, like if you died and are summoning the pet), when you stop clicking, you may or may not still be stuck in target ring mode for one more place.
