[Feature Request] In-Game changelog of added tweaks

Hello! I recently saw another plugin use a changelog feature that I believe is built-in to dalamud and I was wondering if this could be used for Simple Tweaks to advertise any new tweaks? Thanks for your hard work, love your plugin!
