[Feature Request] Set NPC/Object titlebars with /setopt

The feature added here: https://github.com/Caraxi/SimpleTweaksPlugin/issues/22 is really useful! Would it be possible to extend it to the options on the 'NPCs' tab as well?

Specifically it'd be really handy to be able to change the visibility setting of nameplates for:

• Unengaged Enemies
• NPCs
• Objects
