Grow Background upwards when "Grow List Upwards" is enabled

By default, with "Grow List Upwards" disabled, the Background starts at the top only growing downward behind as many party members there are in the list.

With "Grow List Upwards" enabled, the Background only shows behind the bottom-most party member (you), and it does not grow upward, but it should.
