[Feature Request] Able to Move or remove the "Health not full" Indicator

The "Health not full" Indicator is placed in a very inconvenient place for my layout, it's directly over the buffs (not on this screenshot as PLL is not updated yet) Would it be possible to add a option to move or entirely remove (as a tank I don't need it ;) ) this indicator?

I...did not realize this indicator was even a thing. o.O Seems like such silly UI noise to have in the vanilla UI.
