Feature to filter the statements of a video

It would be useful both for the fact-checkers and the speakers to be able to filter the statements of a video by:

• [ ] Speaker (as a speaker, I want to see all my statements that were fact-checked)
• [ ] Whether they are approved (with "confirm" comments only)
• [ ] Whether they are refuted (with "refute" comments only)
• [ ] Whether they are controversial (with both "confirm" and "refute" comments)
• [ ] Whether they need fact-checking (without source)
