Move help pages to Github Wiki

Moving help pages to Github wiki will allow ambassadors and community members to edit them.

We can then just add the Wiki git url to the frontend as a subrepo. A simple pull will be enough to update the help pages.

Are you planning to resume this task with gitbook @Betree ?

I'm not sure, Gitbook can be quite expensive for what we want to achieve here.

I think just storing the help pages of the wiki (https://github.com/CaptainFact/captain-fact/wiki) as a subrepo can be enough (the goal being to be able to quickly add and edit them on the website).

But it's open for discussion.
