Make statement's time display an input on statement form

Statement positioning may sometime be tedious and misunderstood by some users. Some users suggested that the time indicator could be changed to an input to be able to manually change it with keyboard and mouse alike.

Possible solutions, examples

HTML5 time input. See this example. Not supported in Safari
