Share fact-checking page with timecode

Youtube enables to share a video starting at a timestamp.

Taking into account the timestamp passed in a CaptainFact url like https://captainfact.io/videos/4Bxv?t=300 and make the youtube url start at the same timestamp would make it possible to share a captainfact link when you want people to listen to a specific moment of the live.

The sharing process can remain the same.

What should be implemented is that when one access a URL with the ?statement parameter, the video receives the timecode in seconds in the url so that when one launches the video it starts at this timecode.
