Will only be added if GH Actions supports it (for initial viability one release will be provided)

Compile

  • [ ] Build TF Lite on arm64
  • [ ] Media Kit arm64 support
  • [ ] Test dakanji on windows arm locally (will add a comment with details once this is done)
