Release process

Hello, I've just looked at your library's feature set and documentation, and it looks very promising! Do you plan to "industrialize" it a bit by adopting a proper release process (mainly version scheme, git tags, and maybe a change log)? :)

If I was to use Unicorn in a real world project, what changeset should I use? Is the master considered stable?
