It's pretty obvious what's wrong here. The file has a new checksum... so MS might have changed something. Its now always` 9882a328c8414274555845fa6b542d1e` if downloaded from MS.

i mean you should be able to download the file on your own.. just click on the manifest within bottles.. there you can see the actuall downloadlink and download/install it...

Have you tested out Soda if that works for you? Then it might be related.
