KT 76 Transponder Backspace works "too well"

Add in a "Debounce" delay? If you click the button it sometimes deletes more than once per keypress - it should delete only one character (even if being held down). This creates a situation where the transponder code being shown typing gets out of sync with the actual one (work around: wait for the transponder code window to time out and trying again)
