3.x Helidon OpenAPITools server generator seems to ignore `requestBody/required`

Looks like it's bug of the generator. There is some workaround in [this comment](https://github.com/OpenAPITools/openapi-generator/issues/16561#issuecomment-1746034850) . Is it still should be checked?

Sitegen-Maven-Plugin: Maven properties are no longer resolved in sitegen.yaml

I can try to backport it if it's still needed. As I can see the code for 3.x will be the same as for 4.x

Maybe it can help somebody. I solved my problem when disabled this feature in Docker

AddConfigBlock doesn't override prod config

It was interesting for me to find out the root cause of this bug. Maybe it helps somebody, somehow, but I'm not sure :) . It turned out, that `@AddConfigSource`...
