just a quick idea I had since the right side seems a bit empty right now.

here is a quick mockup using one of my older (and horrible) pac as an example

also it's kinda stupid the property search is hidden behind a shortcut (ctrl+f), with this layout it can stay visible all the time. 00-48-45
