Entity scale resets when a lag spike occurs
Mainly on servers, whenever a lag spike is strong enough to cause at least a few seconds of freezing (possibly from PAC3 refreshing?), the entity scale (x, y, z) of all players' outfits will be reset until their outfit is reloaded. This usually means their outfit will look either stretched out or contracted.
I've never seen this happen in singleplayer.

Weird, pac's entities are all clientside so I wouldn't expect a fullupdate to cause this.
I'm not even sure if they would show up in NetworkEntityCreated.
