PAC parts breaking in certain areas of the map

I'm having an issue were PAC will sometimes break in certain parts of the map and when underground (even in underground basements). Best recreation is that the server runs rp_downtown_evilmelon_v1 and is using the PAC3 master branch. You can recreate this by walking into certain areas around the map or by entering the PDs vault or the bank vault.
