Model parts will lag if using Legacy Bones without bonemerge enabled
For some reason a recent pac3 update caused it so that MDL parts that usually stay ontop of the entity now "lag" behind if the entity moves.

this only recently started happening, originally when a bug like this happened you could just rewear the pac and everything would be fixed, but now that doesn't work.
ontop of this options in the q menu were removed
where'd they all go??
I think the settings were moved into the editor's options menu.
Mind giving an example outfit that has the problem?
any outfit does it, I'm not really sure but here's a basic txt with a basic mdl I haver from my dropbox
Actually, I figured it out, if an imported MDL has a legacy bone childed to it, it'll lag, without a bone it's fine.

editor (has legacy bone.)
example without legacy bone v
editor (has normal bone not legacy)
in-game with normal bone
Something with this update either broke legacy bones or something isn't calling right as old pacs do still work on the previous version without this issue
This also happens with legacy MDLS, which it didn't before. the only way to fix it was to remake the pac, but essentially if I need to use a legacy part for whatever reason compared to a new part, It'll have this downside
I.e I use jiggle bones for my pac's ears, new bones don't have that feature so I have to use legacy, but if I use legacy now my head lags behind the mdl if it's not bonemerged
