bones' reactivation requires an outfit rewear, or a bone being unhidden either by the hide tickbox or by an event input. It seems related to the whole skeleton's (a player or a pac model) updating rather than individual pac parts.

I guess the first and second video are redundant, both being head bones. But I was testing to see if there was an influence between cloning the bone part and making a new bone part.
