I cannot see other peoples PAC3s

Hello, I play on a MafiaRP server, called DivergeNetworks and its a SeriousRP server and uses PAC3 for default models like aviators and hats. I hear my friends having fun with their PACs and putting on chains and new suits, but I cant even see them in game. I have been looking in console:

Bad sequence (4 out of 1 max) in GetSequenceLinearMotion() for model 'polievka/sodamachine.mdl'! (x3)

or

[PAC3] received message from server but owner is not valid!? typeof Entity || Entity [0][worldspawn]

I have also typed in the PAC3 discord but I received little help from the PAC3 Helpers. Also, for some reason my "requesting outfits...' has never confirmed that it has actually requested outfits successfully. Oh, and my "Request Outfits" in PAC3 settings doesn't work and I really don't understand.

I have tried everything I could. I have removed addons that break PAC3 such as WAC Aircraft. I have reinstalled the game, I have typed pac_restart multiple times, but thats really the only one that will work, but its a 50/50 chance of it working usually, and if it does work, I get random hats and bandanas put on my head for some reason. Then at that point I would need to remove them from my head every 10-15 minutes. I would really appreciate it if anyone would help me and get this working.

Somtimes it will spam this too...

I also get this every time I type "pac_restart"...

[PAC3] sv_allowcslua is not enabled or unable to find PAC3 in addons/, loading PAC3 again from server lua
