Show swiggles messes with VS

If the show swiggles option is on, then it causes all sorts of problems. Often (like 1-2 times ot of 3 when working on resolving the warinigs from the run) hitting Save All results in a dialog pointing some clang temporary file is not accessible.

Also VS crashed (with the auto-restart) for every 10th launching cpt with alt-u or alt-c, those also stopped after I turned the swiggle option off. I suspect there is some race condition at work.
