No C++20 modules support

I'm honestly not sure how there's no issue on this, but there's currently no support for formatting module files for any compiler. This includes .ixx files, the only module file type supported in Visual Studio.

Any estimate on when this will be completed? It should only be adding .ixx to the list of extensions that are formatted.

We enabled format on .ixx file extensions and it is available in release v2023.1 Let us know if It works for you
