Azure Key Vault support for user credentials

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe

Environment variables are used to for the user credentials and application user secret. This means each developer running the tests will more than likely have these exposed in plaintext on their machine.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be good if access to these credentials could be managed via Azure Key Vault.
