Provide logs tab for slaves

At the moment we are only showing the logs for master. We should do the same for the slaves. We might want to consider to move the logs into a React component and resue it with the specific parameters between master and slaves

any movement on this? it would be really, really nice (and let us stop needing to use the default mesos webui)
