Setup Ceph/GlusterFS on Apollo

This will go along way to solve stateful apps problem and persistence for frameworks. Some performance tests to see which solution will work better would be nice to add to docs

Do we have a decision here on which way to go (gluster/ceph?)

i think we might need to have a quick discussion about this in the new year, but from what I can see there is better support for flocker -> ceph relationship, as clusterhq are working on this. There is also mesos frameworks around ceph and flocker, that are being developed by Intel and ClusterHQ, so I feel they have good industry backing.
