New recording flow final touches

Wip:

• Need to make it so when you select display or window etc, the main window goes behind the overlay and then the mic/camera selection is also within the final screen just before recording
• Cap main window can overlap start recording button on the overlay. Maybe we hide the window or nudge it, or set the default position offset.
  • Area select makes this weird.

Completed:

• Need to make it 3 columns probably instead of 2 (the list view)
• Higher quality app icons on Windows
• Area select should work more like other apps
