Idea: Recording Profiles

Right now, Cap can record videos like Loom (Instant Mode) or Screen Studio (Studio Mode). This leaves a couple of gaps:

• People who want to record to a single .mp4 but not upload it
• People who want to record just their camera (or even just their microphone!)

I think it could be nice to allow creating Recording Profiles that use Instant and Studio mode as their bases. You'd then be able to choose

• Target recording resolution (Max would be lower for Instant profiles that upload to Cloud)
• Whether to upload or save to disk (Or both?)
• Video codec (h264/h265), format (mp4 or HLS (Instant mode only, would need to be implemented separately))

Before recording you'd be able to pick which Profile you'd like to record with, with Instant and Studio profiles being the defaults.

Hey, I miss this from loom where you can just record your video feed and share that. Sometimes I just want to easily record a video and share it
