Windows: Timeout while exporting

The app timeout while exporting. This happens consistently

Reproduction

1. Film a 1m video
2. Export as a file 30fps
3. Export stops and shows a timeout message

Additional Context

• Cap version: Cap_0.3.33_x64
• Operating system, version: Windows 11 Pro and also on Home
• Device (optional): Lenovo laptops (new-ish)

Cap's debug logs can be found in the following locations:

macOS: /Users/{your username}/Library/Logs/so.cap.desktop Linux: /home/{your username}/.config/so.cap.desktop/logs Windows: C:\Users{your username}\AppData\Roaming\so.cap.desktop\logs
