Comment Button Overlapping or Clipped

Description

The comment button in the reaction bar appears partially cut off, making it difficult to see or click properly. I expected the reaction bar to fully display all elements, including the comment button, without any clipping or overlap.

Reproduction

Open the dashboard and navigate to the previous recording section.
Scroll down to view the reaction bar.
Observe that the comment button appears cut off or partially hidden.

Operating system, version: Windows 11, 23H2
