Cap Desktop does not come to foreground

Description

Interacting with cap Menu Bar item does not bring cap to the foreground

Reproduction

Open cap app open other window on top of cap app use cap menu bar to Open Cap or Settings Cap desktop app remains in the background behind other apps

should be brought to foreground

• Operating system, version: MacOS latest
