Support for GIFs in Editor
Ship support for exporting GIFs from the editor.
To make this work, when you click the "Export" button, there should be a "File Type" option. Default will be MP4, but options will be MP4 and GIF.
Will probably need to default to 15fps for the GIF export.
If you make an extra toggle for "High quality GIF", which will of course increase file size, I'll add an extra $100 to the bounty payout.

Wait.
I saw the bounty matrix only had one commit, and I thought it was the CodeProcrastinator commit that is closed. It turns out, it was in fact onyedikachi-david's commit which looks like it's ready for review, so I don't think this issue needs another attempt.
I will close this attempt once the bot allows it.
