UI Error when using Font Size Scaling in Windows makes Cap unusable

Description

When using font text scaling in windows Cap cannot be used because the UI gets wonky. You do not see the necessary ui elements anymore and cannot scroll to them either.

Cap only works at text scaling 100%, but at bigger scaling like 150% it is not working anymore.

• Cap version: Latest
• Operating system, version: WIndows 11 Pro

Restarting windows or cap does not help. The error is persistent once the text scaling is increased over 100%.
