Rendering of SVG cursors is something wrong

Notice in the recording the active cursor is being logged and is correct.

If you dig into the Cap file you can see that the cursor info is being recorded correctly but when played from the editor it's always rendering incorrectly.

This is probs an issue with the cursor interpolation?
