Cursor softness on Windows 11

Cursor movement in windows is somewhat less smooth. Automatic zoom and its smoothness work perfectly, but the movement of the original and SVG cursors in windows is less smooth.

Perhaps adding a motion blur to the cursor would somehow conceal these flaws? Or is there another solution?

Otherwise, the smoothness works perfectly.
