Pin Folder feature

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. What if a user has many work-spaces(folders)? It's important to have a pin a workspace(folder) so user can access all the important workspace(folder) faster.

Describe the solution you'd like 💡 Adding a key and value related to pin in incoming JSON (from backend) and add it on dashboard accordingly.
