Cannot switch to command line

Windows 10

1. trying to Alt+Enter the terminal shell use it as F11 for switch full screen. But after turning of - no effect
2. broot says - use br or broot --install
3. Run shell as Administrator - typing broot --install
4. No effect if typed previous commands

5.:cd also asks to install and no install

Only ~solution~ is ":ol"

@Ygarr Maybe try using nushell on windows, I find a way to run with br. One of mktemp and rm call from busybox and all these app in Windows Terminal which installed by scoop.
