How do i exit limbo?

Try and work your way towards the lowest part of Limbo. You should find some pools of dark red liquid. Once you step into the liquid, you should be teleported back to the overworld.

You could use a teleporter from draconic evolution or rftools. Or linking books from mystcraft.

goto the lowest point and step into the red-ish "water". One will be reborn into the overworld.
