so if cabinet is (i really don't know the number but just listen) item id23 and altered fabric is id 23. change one of them I'm pretty sure you can go to the config folder to change ids

@monkeyman4412 Firstly, that is not at all the problem. Secondly, Item ID conflicts haven't existed for years now due to the dynamic mapping of ID's that Forge has been using since MC 1.7.10. The problem has nothing to do with this. Thirdly, this same dynamic mapping is the reason why all mod developers (should) have removed any static item ID settings from their config files.
