Handle `EXTRACT(DAY_OF_WEEK)` in SQLGlot

Description

In Trino, The field of EXTRACT is DAY_OF_WEEK. But in BigQuery, the part of EXTRACT is DAYOFWEEK. We need to handle the SQL transform at SQLGlot by overriding.
