load duckdb official extensions during vulcan sql server spinning up

What’s the problem you're trying to solve

We can see vulcan sql default duckdb only installed httpfs as default extensions in duckdb, but further extensions in duckdb need to run as a api query to install.

Describe the solution you’d like

User can define their own extensions in duckdb profile.yaml and it can be installed during server spinning up.
